R&D is considered one of the pillars of growth for Semillas Fitó, with a budget exceeding 21% of annual revenue and 56% of the total workforce dedicated to it. We develop new varieties that offer valuable traits for the various stakeholders in the agri-food chain.
We have 10 R&D centers:
7 for Horticultural:
Cabrera and Almería (Spain), Sicily (Italy), Antalya (Turkey), Culiacán (Mexico), Bangalore (India) and Florida (USA).
3 for Large Crops:
Lleida and Don Benito (Spain) and Delley (Switzerland).
